Location. Lovely, open house in the first row by the lake. The house is a brick-built villa where you rent the ground floor and the first floor. (The basement is closed off.) Beautiful lawn and several terraces. Space for 4 cars. Within walking distance of shopping, the town center, restaurants, and a walk in the Sødalen. Diagonally opposite is a small playground, and within a short distance are a tennis court, golf course, padel court, and swimming pool, as well as beautiful beaches for swimming. The whole plot is surrounded by trees and with a lawn, so you can sit outside completely undisturbed. The house is 150 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, the 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with access to dining area.
