Lækkert hus med bedste beliggenhed. Huset er totalrenoveret og tilføjet ny værelsesfløj i 2021. Huset egner sig godt til den store familie eller til grupper, da det indeholder flere sektioner og flere fælles rum. Fra førstesalen udsigt og et kig til havet. Her er fem gode værelser, to stuer, to badeværelser, pool-bord mv. Huset ligger i den gamle del af Agger, 200 meter fra Vesterhavet og 200 meter fra Michelin restaurant. Et lille men hyggeligt sommerhus på 60 m2, højt beliggende på blind vej. Terrasser på tre sider af huset. Stor terrasse er sydvest vendt. Oftest er der de smukkeste solnedgange med i opholdet. Udsigt over Sallingsund (og Sallingsund broen) og Mors. Kupperet område med mulighed for cykel og gåture i naturen i nærområdet. Huset egner sig ikke til børn under 12 år.
