Newly built apartment building with the absolute best location on the longest lake bath in the Nordic countries and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With promenades, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a bay perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets are allowed. Sheets/towels are included, but can be rented for 100 SEK/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

A lovely beach house with a wonderful view.

In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake that you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach which is the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. In the summertime there are 4 restaurants close by.(2 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful surrounding area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal crown and luxurious bedding. Sea view and spit down to City Lake, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Loans of bicycles for lovely bike rides and loan of golf clubs, Finspång has 27 hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa )are staying on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

We received a very warm welcome and care from our hosts - 10 out of 10. The house is as described and offers all for a relaxing, cosy stay - rate for offer 10 out of 10. The location around is self explaining - quite and rural , very close to the lake and offers a lot of nature to explore - no surprise, 10 out of 10, if you like such kind of vacation wih activity such as walking, biking, swimming, self-catering.....or just relax in the garden.

Very clean and nice cottage. We arrived 2 hours before check-in but it was no problem at all, we got access to the cottage right away. It's small but we knew that so it was ok and the price was also low so nothing to complain about. Happy and nice host who came right away when I/we couldn't get the TV to work. 2 times, moreover🤔😅. We will definitely try to rent it again and when we go to Motala again. 10 out of 10 by size and price

Stay near the shore of Vätättern and expansive forests

We had a wonderful month at Birgitta's house. The cottage is cozy and stocked with everything you might need. Internet was good for remote work. The area is so wonderful - we had a great time with the dogs, were jogging and cycling a lot and swimming in the lake. Otherwise, we enjoyed the garden and were outside a lot. Highly recommended!
