Welcome to 'B 't Oale Spoor', in our nice place right on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the cozy village of Hellendoorn! At the back of the garden is our guest house with private garden, living room, pantry kitchenette, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft with 2 beds above the kitchen. The city center and station are within walking distance. But we also live wonderfully free, right next to the forest and Pieterpad. 2025 completely renovated! Unfortunately, permanent residence is not allowed.

The Front House of our national monumental farmhouse has been renovated into a full luxury suite with its own amenities. The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee you can sleep in, have been preserved. No less than 65m2 with its own kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with freestanding bath. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower at an additional cost, you can relax wonderfully.

Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Experience it for yourself with SISU Natuurlijk: it's wonderful coming home to the fireplace here.

The core values of the park are peace, nature and privacy. So you will find here especially nature lovers and peace seekers. The park has various facilities, such as a reception, outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and playground. It is located at the foot of the Lemeler and Archemerberg and about 6 km from the cozy town of Ommen.

Relax in one of the various seating areas and sit at the firepitch, there is plenty of space for the children. This makes it ideally suited for families who want to enjoy nature. The forest house is very well equiped with everything you might need. Light the fireplace, cook and feel at home! The perfect place to recharge!

Cozy bakery a stone's throw from the German forests

In one of the quietest places in the Netherlands, you will find our completely refurbished bakery. From the yard, walk into the endless German forests or explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful places such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. The kitchen is fully furnished and the private terrace has a comfortable seat, barbecue, sun loungers and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €20 per person.

Whether you read a nice book by the fire, play a game of Kubb in the garden or just enjoy the nature together, this is a place where you can really recharge, with enough space and privacy. The cottage is on a small-scale bungalow park 't Giethmenseveld, near Ommen. The park is equipped with all the comforts: a reception, a beautiful forest bath, an adventurous playground and a tennis court.

Welcome to Boshuis "Snug as a Bug." In this detached spacious bungalow in the middle of the forest, you can enjoy the tranquility and nature. The warmth comes from both the cozy complete rooms and the pellet stove/outdoor fireplace. For optimal enjoyment, bicycles, good WiFi, high chair and games/books are available. This makes the forest house very suitable for families who want to enjoy a comfortable stay. Due to the location, we do not rent to young people/groups of friends.

Private guesthouse - B&B Studio Koesteeg

You are warmly welcome at Studio Koesteeg to come and enjoy the nature, the tranquility and the space. The studio is located in a large park garden next to the forest of the Laer estate and yet a 10m walk from the city center and the NS station. The Pieterpad and other walking and cycling routes are right at the door. The studio (60m2) is newly furnished (2022) and has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The studio is entirely private with its own entrance.

Nature lovers, take note! Relax in our vacation home, beautifully located in the middle of nature. The cottage has two cozy bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and the other with bunk beds. The spacious bathroom is full of comforts and the kitchen (with Nespresso coffee machine) is fully equipped. The beautiful location of our vacation home offers an abundance of peace and space. Relax on the spacious terrace and enjoy the surroundings around you.

Fun with the whole family in this stylish vacation home. In the middle of the forest is our lovely, cozy family home. Fully equipped, with 3 spacious bedrooms with lovely beds, kitchen with cooking island, cozy living room with TV / Wii, wood stove and very spacious garden. With BBQ, fire basket and cozy fireplace to light a fire. There is a pool, playground and tennis court in the park itself. Please note this park is a quiet park. No noise after 10pm!
