Cozy and modern apartment of 45m² with easy access to everything you need in your everyday life. It comes with its own parking space for the apartment, with the possibility of electric car charging (for a small fee, please contact us). The apartment has an excellent location on the 3rd floor and is experienced without disturbing insight or noise. We usually have a dog living with us, so dogs are welcome😊 There is only one double bed in the apartment, but we have a double air mattress available if needed, or a single mattress.

We are two retired people who love to work in the garden. We are renting out an apartment in our home. We've been doing rentals for almost 30 years. The apartment is 70m2 in quiet surroundings. The apartment is located on the right side. Walk and bike paths to Trondheim city centre, Heimdal city centre, City Syd shopping centre, Granåsen and much more. Elementary school, playground, pizza restaurant and grocery in the immediate vicinity. About 100 yards to bus stop that takes you into the centre.

Smart tv med netflix etc på stuen, soverommet har tv med appletv. 🚗 Parkeringsplass i oppvarmet P-Kjeller. Tog/buss fra flyplassen tar ca 30 min. 🛏️ Soveplasser, 2 på soverommet, mulighet for og sove på sofaen og en madrass på gulvet. 🌅 I nærområdet er det flere flotte steder å gå tur.

Charming apartment close to several attractions.Close to Solsiden, in the centre of Trondheim.The place would suit for pairs,working groups, friends and families. Parking is close to the house, and the apartment is located in a very peaceful zone. You will have free access to wifi.There is a 65" TV in the living room,and a 75’’ in the main bedroom.Guests rent the whole fully equipped apartment. The train station is 10-15 minutes away (walking), and the bus stop to/from the airport is 5 minutes.

Newly renovated apartment in well maintained and charming building from the beginning of the 20th century. The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which is also decorated as an office with office desk and large screen. Both bedrooms have double beds, 160 and 120 cm respectively. The apartment has cable TV and fast internet. There is underfloor heating in every room. There is free street parking outside, but this is quite popular, and is thus often filled in the afternoon/evening.

Simple and peaceful accommodation in a central location. 5 min walk to City Lade, grocery just outside and short way to train station ( train from Værnes stops here). Metro bus with departure every 10 minutes is just outside the door. The barn trail and beautiful Korsvika are also in the area, in addition to THE SEA arena where they have swimming area and sauna available for drop-in. EC-Dahl's arena is also just across the road.

Ahmat is a great host, which is what made staying here so nice. He was responsive and accommodating to all my questions and needs. The place was very clean and has a nice little balcony, very much as shown and described. I would return when I am back in Trondheim, no questions!

This was a great experience! Booked on very short notice but the check-in was completely hassle-free. The apartment is super fresh - everything feels new! Great beds and great bathroom. The apartment is very well equipped. It's a shame I'm only here for 1 day. Lars was easy to communicate with and came up with accurate instructions and responded quickly to any questions. I was able to recover very well for 2 days on the way to the North Cape. The apartment offers everything you need and in the immediate vicinity there are various shops and restaurants. Martin responded immediately to my booking, so I was able to enter the apartment in the evening. For me, everything worked out fine. We had a great trip to Trondheim. The apartment was within walking distance of everything we needed. Well-equipped apartment. It was also very quiet around the apartment. Unfortunately, due to the cold weather, we did not use the roof terrace, but we would be happy to come back at a later time.

Idyllic house in the field only 15 min drive from Torget

We stayed two weeks in this wonderful cabin. It is in the middle of the wood Bymarka (verbatim “Tømmerdalen”) but the drive to Trondheim is only 10 minutes through the woods (lighted at night) and another 5 through the outskirts down the hill (over 20 speedbumps). You can walk 10 mins to Kobberdammen lake and another 30 minutes around it, or further 30 minutes down to Lavollen for a cup of coffee. The core nature reserve starts almost next to the house, inviting for more hikes. From the living room and the kitchen you have a beautiful view over the yard and into the woods. A small brook flow through the yard, there are many birds, and we saw several deer pass by. There is a fence, but it is not the strongest and because of the wildlife you should always keep your dog on leash. Couch, bath, kitchen, bedding everything is clean, modern but scandinavic comfortable. We had a wonderful time and will always want to come back!

If you're looking for a spot in a beautiful location close to town, this is it!! we woke up to amazing views from bed and swam off the dock every morning even in October and warmed up in the cosy cabin. suggest hiring a car to get around and really explore tronheim and the fjords around it. so happy we booked Micheal's place.
