Bolig på naturgrund

Bo på landet i vores træhus på 140 m². Huset har tre soveværelser: to med dobbeltsenge og et med to enkeltsenge, som kan slås sammen til en dobbeltseng. Der er desuden en sovesofa i stuen, som kan benyttes efter behov. Du er velkommen til at nyde vores store have på 15.500 m² med mange hyggelige kroge og en bålplads. Vi har 15 høns og en hane, der bidrager til den landlige stemning. Huset er i ét plan og har en stor, lys stue og et landligt køkken. Vi bor i et tidligere sommerhus på grunden.

Gratis parkering Du har nem adgang til alt fra denne perfekt beliggende base. Beliggende ved enden af en lukket vej, tæt på Ravnsborghallen og i gåafstand til Køge bymidte (15 minutter) og 2 km fra stranden. Huset indeholder en stue, en nyrenoveret og fuld udstyret køkken, et rummelige soveværelse med 180*200 cm seng, et lille værelse med 140*200cm seng. Derudover er der et badeværelse med bruser og toilet plus separat toilet. 2 parkeringspladser foran huset samt overdækning til cykler.

New Modern House by Sandy Beach

We have designed and built this modern house, By Greve Beach - only 20 min from the center of Copenhagen. The heart of the house is the spacious kitchen and the designer staircase. Down stairs there is also a cosy tv-room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, at back entrance with washing facilities and a single toilet by the main entrance. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, incl. a tub. The really nice, shallow and sandy beach is just down the road.

Den smukke Faxe bugt og Noret lige udenfor huset sætter rammen for et helt vidunderligt sted. Huset blev kåret som vinder af programmet Danmarks skønneste Sommerhus på DR1 (2014). De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees.
