Right across the street fm the best authentic mexican food in middle TN. This apt has cottage charm sporting painted concrete floors but softened up w/ plush rugs and bed linens. Derek & Tara's place was quaint and exceeded our needs. They had lovely decor, as well as being very comfortable. They left us fresh cut roses, snacks, paper plates, bottles waters and a Brita water filter. Everything was in working order and they had the A/C nice and low for our arrival. The home is in a picturesque setting and parking was very straightforward even in our full size truck. Will absolutely stay here again next time we are in town!

The place was adorable! We had 3 ladies on our trip. I didn’t realize until after we booked that it only had one king size bed. However, Jackie did have a king size blowup mattress, and the two sofas were actually comfortable to sleep on as well. Next time I come, it would probably only be with my husband because it is a small space. I will say it was extremely clean. The coffee set up was adorable! The area was very peaceful and quiet. Only took about a 15 minute drive to all the local areas. This was my first time using Airbnb and I would absolutely go back to this place again.

Location has a lot of great amenities within walking distance and close driving distance to everything else we wanted to see. Lyft transportation was fast and inexpensive when we went downtown. Everything was clean and perfect for my daughter and her husband on their wedding night. Candice had decorations placed and went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable. They said the bed was comfy and the neighborhood was so cute and their stay was very private despite being toward the back of the house. We will definitely be booking this room again for future guests

They definitely have everything- not far at all to downtown - quick to anything - 2 nearby grocery stores and McDonalds. Grand ole opry 11 mins away - also opry mills mall. Perfect.

Rachel was a fantastic host, easy check in process & had a little chalkboard in the kitchen with some great recommendations based on distance from the airbnb. the place was nice and cozy for my 2 friends and i & a memory foam mattress topper was provided for the pull out couch. overall a great place to come back to after a night on broadway :)

Everything was pretty great. It wasn’t extremely close to much, but it seemed to be in a sweet spot, where, with a 15 minute walk you could reach some great parts of town. We walked everywhere, but we like to see the city and all the neighbourhoods wherever we go. Some people may need to ride or drive. Comfortable beds. Quiet enough. Responsive host. Everything seemed well thought out. Pool was too cold at the time, but the hot tub and fire pit were nice. My only issue was with the thermostat and temperature in the living/ rental space. We found it cold and unnecessary for the AC to be on most of the time. The temperature outside was cool for this time of year. Emile is aware of the issue and said he would look into it but I think it’s necessary to mention that we did lose some sleep because of it. Still 5 stars.

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars
