In the neighboring town, there is a Netto supermarket with a bakery café, about 1.5 km away. The Danube Valley, with its ruins and caves, is a popular destination for day trips, as are Lake Constance and the medieval construction site of Campus Galli.

Enjoy the tranquility and idyll in our 2020 renovation. Apartment vis-a-vis from Gutenstein Castle. From the living room and balcony you have a magnificent view of meadows, forest and fields, where chamois, fox and rabbit still say good night. Gutenstein, the pearl in the upper Danube Valley, is located at 620 m, ideal for climbers, cyclists and canoeists. There are wonderful hiking trails right from the house, which also invite you to go on winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

Our apartment "Hans" is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Hausen im Tal in the nature park "Obere Donau". If you want to go hiking or climbing on foot, if you want to get on your bike or simply want time to enjoy, this is the place. The apartment is in the attic. In the house, there are two other apartments, all of which are entered through the common staircase. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living-dining room with a kitchen that is well equipped.

Our apartment in nature is located in a part of our beautiful and newly renovated house. Only about 20 minutes from the beautiful Lake Constance, nature invites you to cycle. The semi-detached house has its own entrance. You can park comfortably behind the house in the courtyard. There is plenty of space in the garden for the children to play. There is a large swing. In front of the open kitchen, there is also a terrace with seating and sun loungers.

Neuhausen offers a Netto, a doctor and a pharmacy in the immediate vicinity of the property. A baby crib is provided.
