We had a lovely stay in Sophie’s gîte which is absolutely charming. Good beds, sheets and plenty of towels and kitchen linen. Well equipped kitchen with generous fridge/freezer. Good washing machine and a couple of airers. Hand soap, loo rolls, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs etc all provided. Peaceful and beautiful location great for Le Grand Défi and Puy du Fou. Very dark at night with lots of owls etc. May not be suited to younger children or anyone with mobility issues as floors are quite uneven as it’s in an ancient building. Might benefit from some written instructions for any English-speaking guests on bins etc as we had to resort to Google translate to understand and still didn’t grasp where we should leave them at the end (the fault of my limited French). I also wasn’t sure where we were allowed to explore on the property (vast!) so stayed within the grounds of the gîte which has its own lovely garden. Sophie was lovely, very welcoming and helpful.

A true haven of peace in the countryside! 🌿 We had an unforgettable stay in this charming accommodation, perfectly located in the heart of nature.
