Ideally located in Saint Jean d'Illac, close to shops, downtown and public transport. Completely independent accommodation with private access. Enjoy a kid-friendly stay (baby bed, crib, toys...) Convertible bed. The bathroom is equipped, with linen available. You have air conditioning, coffee machine, mini fridge and microwave. Nice spacious room in a quiet area.

Nice spacious room in a very quiet neighborhood. Well located to access the Dune of Pyla, the beaches of the ocean, the bay but also those of Lake Cazaux. Industrial areas and supermarkets are within a 5-minute drive. Direct access to Landes forest and bike paths. Linens and towels are of course provided 😊 The rented room is upstairs, I live on the ground floor.

Rental of an independent 25 m2 studio at the bottom of the garden, very pleasant and peaceful, 10 minutes' walk from the Bassin and swimming pool. Bike path 2 minutes away 140 cm bed, shower room, toilet. Amenities: equipped kitchen. Sheets and towels are provided. The kitchen and bathroom are private. No shared space, it's a mistake I can't fix! Thank you
