From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. We rented this apartment that was our home for a long time until the tribe grew up, we have always taken care of it with care, it is an oasis in the heart of the city, overlooking the Botanical Garden of Madrid, the sunsets are a gift. A few steps from the retreat, authentic lung of the city, the Atocha station (AVE, Cercanías Metro)and the best museums :Prado, Reina Sofía ,Thyssen... Very bright apartment, quiet, safe and friendly apartment. It has internet/TV, heating, a washer/dryer and a full kitchen. There is an elevator, but being a first floor, you can walk up. The apartment is newly painted and arranged (December 2023). It is located in front of the Cebada Market in the historic downtown neighborhood of La Latina, a 5-minute walk from Plaza Mayor and 7 minutes from La Puerta de Sol. The La Latina subway is 100 meters away from the gate.
