Το σπίτι κατασκευάστηκε πριν από 100 χρόνια στο γραφικό Χωριό Λεύκες, εκεί γεννήθηκε και μεγάλωσε ο παππούς μας Κωστούλης που μετέπειτα έμαθε την τέχνη του χτισίματος. Η πρώτη παρέμβαση στον χώρο έγινε από τον παππού, φτιάχνοντας το πάτωμα με τον παραδοσιακό κυκλαδίτικο τρόπο. Πάτωμα το οποίο σώζεται αναλλοίωτο μέχρι τις μέρες μας.
