Monthly Rentals in Lefka Ori

This was our best stay ever with airbnb, and the most beautiful in Greece. The house exceeded our expectations. The locations is awesome. The house is comfortable, spacious, modern, spotless and beautiful. The open views to the ocean are breathtaking in addition to being high above in the mountains. He outdoor terraces aremazibgand the pool iswesome withazing views. This house can easily accomodate 6 persons. Parking is easy for two cars. The place feels secure and very private. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Located between Rethymo and Chania we felt the location was perfect. We lived every detail provided to us. The hosts were great communicating with us, greeting us and providing all kinds of reccomendations to us. They greeted us with some very nice presents, foid and wine. If you plan to visit Crete this is the pkace to be. If you want an unforgetable stay this is the place to be! We lived every minute of our stay and there are not enough words to Thank our hosts!

We had a great week at the accommodation. The small beach, which was always little visited, was very easy to reach on foot. The tavern was also first class. The food and staff are very accommodating and excellent Greek food. It was a pool for 2 parties. Otherwise everything was great. The place had everything you need. No frills. Unfortunately, you can hear the fighter jets very often during the week. And the oil steamers are pretty close. By car you can reach everything easily. Had a very nice time in Chania.

Janna is really a good Super-Host. Communication fast, friendly and helpful. The house, garden and the surrounding is full of charm and history and the nature and landscapes around are fantastic. Highly appreciated and recommended. Thanks a lot Janna.

We stayed at Despina's in Fres in February and March. From meeting us at the airport and helping us pick up our hire car she was always available if we needed advice. Driving into Fres you head for the village square and drive through it through an archway. Carry on this road for about 300m. Just beyond a small church on the left you will see it in front of you. There is a small undercover car parking space with the stairs to get to the flat. Despina's father lives in the flat below. He is very kind and despite not speaking English we managed to understand each other. We were also lucky to be given lemons, oranges,eggs and olive oil from his garden. The area is beautiful and rural with the sounds of goats and chickens to listen to whilst sipping wine on the balcony looking towards the sea. The area is a great base for exploring especially Vamos, Almyrida and the Apokoronas region. Chania and Rethymno are not too far either. I can't recommend Despina's place highly enough.
