In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Welcome to our house by the sea! A cute little house in a quiet neighborhood not far from the dike and the Wadden Sea. It is bright and cozy. It is heated with organic infrared heating, and we try to be environmentally friendly and sustainable in other ways as well. Through the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and enjoy a wide view across the field. Everything is wonderfully relaxing.

In the midst of East Frisian nature between estates, canals and idyllic trees lies our country house (Grünhoff's Landhuus) with its historic charm. The rustic guest house (Oll Höhnerhuck) and the spacious property invite you to relax and enjoy. The immediate surroundings are ideal for exploring. Excursions to the North Sea coast, to one of the Sielorte or the cities north, Aurich or Emden are quickly realized by car.

Our apartment is located in Halbemond on the East Frisian North Sea coast ❌ Close to Norddeich, Nessmersiel or Dornumersiel! In just 10 minutes by car to Norddeich or 20 minutes to Greetsiel. Everything is very easy to reach by car. Emden is 25 kilometers away. Recreational facilities: The Oceanwave, seal breeding station, Waloseum and automobile & toy museum are located in Norddeich. The Tea Museum is in Norden.

You'll never want to leave this charming tent. The tent is fully furnished, a full kitchen and a "big green egg" to prepare the most delicious meals. If you don't feel like cooking at the end of your day, I'd be happy to do it for you! I also want to make breakfast for you while you enjoy the morning sun and the chirping of the birds. There is a shower and toilet in the farmhouse 20 steps away for your own use.

The apartment includes a spacious terrace with a small lawn. The mandatory guest fee, which applies to the municipality of Norden-Norddeich, will be charged separately by us. You will receive your guest card from us upon arrival.

It is heavenly there in every season & perfect for a short or longer break in the idyll! For the summer months, there is an in-house stand-up paddle board (SUP).
