Our cozy B&B located on the Spanjaardslaan. One of the most beautiful streets of Leeuwarden. In three minutes you walk through the Prinsentuin to the center of the historic city of Leeuwarden. The guest house is located behind the house from 1906 and has a private entrance, a living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The guesthouse is completely self-sufficient. Due to the combination with the cozy living room and kitchen, the guest house is ideal for a family or group of four friends.

The location of this property is perfect. Located on a park with beautiful views and within 8 minutes you are in the city center. It is a renovated house equipped with all the comforts. Suitable for 6 people with a living room, dining room, spacious kitchen and garden. There are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and separate shower and 2 separate toilets. A nice place to stay together or with a larger company. You can park for free in consultation with the hostess.

Had a great stay in Leeuwarden. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Convenient location near parking and the restaurants along the canal. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

The room and bathroom are large and very nice. My small family had enough space and felt very comfortable. The children are even allowed to play with toys that were on site and just felt at home. Gea and Kees also gave us very good tips about Leeuwarden and surroundings, Ameland is highly recommended. Very recommended 🙂
