Our property contains a large living area, Foxtel Platinum (all channels), kitchen, indoor toilet & vanity & outdoor bathroom / laundry and large undercover outdoor entertaining area with BBQ. Unfortunately, NO PETS ALLOWED in the Caravan Park. Guests need to bring towels, pillows, sheets & blankets as these are not available. Guests are expected clean the place on departure.

We are located within the bustling seaside town of Yanchep, the beach and shops are both within walking distance. The Yanchep park is just a short drive away. Access to my separate upstairs apartment is from outside, through the garage via the outside stairs. Totally separate . Please disregard any door code provided by Airbnb this is incorrect. Lancelin Beach Cottage

Our cottage is a couple's retreat, situated just metres from the beach at the end of the street. It's new, beautifully decorated and full of light. We've provided all the comforts of home and if you need anything else we're never very far away. We are within walking distance to the shops, The Angling Club and The Tavern with it's beautiful ocean views and sunsets. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate your pet in The Cottage.
