The location of the Mandraud gîte, 5 hectares, fenced, countryside location with the village accessible on foot, you will find all the shops, bar, restaurant, grocery store, newspapers, tobacco, pharmacy, doctor, local products, etc. From the swimming pool, direct access to the boules court... chicken coop and vegetable garden... walking path around the property... we are on site for services and information.

Our place is suitable for companies as well as groups of friends or families to meet in a natural and quiet setting. An outdoor Nordic wood-fired bath. A 14-meter by 4-meter pool. An outdoor wood-burning sauna. A pétanque court (provencal ball game). They hope visitors will love this unique area as much as they do and are happy to suggest places to go and things to see. Hirondelle is a comfortable, cosy, single-story gite with beautiful views of the surrounding Gers countryside. It is a great spot for relaxing and taking in the astonishing range of birdsong and spotting all sorts of local wildlife, including red squirrels and deer.

The cottage is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.
