The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans. It has a minimal bathroom, a kitchen, a bedroom and a large balcony in an open space. It is convenient for people with disabilities as there is an elevator and the house has no stairs or inaccessible areas. Free parking in the surrounding blocks along the street.
