We had a wonderful time at Elia House! The house was spotless, very neat and exactly as shown in the photos, modern and comfortable. From the very beginning, we felt at home. The location is very convenient for excursions in the area and is also next to the beach that is accessible on foot and is all sandy. We visited the beach, Ancient Olympia, which is very close, we went for a walk in Kaiafas and enjoyed nature. There are also several villages and taverns for nice food and relaxation in the surrounding area. Georgia, the hostess, was very friendly and helpful as she was always willing to help us with whatever we needed. In general, it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely go again since it is only 3 hours from Athens. We recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet and beautiful stay in Ilia and to visit Ancient Olympia.

Very nice stay The house and garden are very well arranged and maintained Well located for visits to the north and south Too bad we weren't able to communicate with the host too much because of the language

Very clean. Walking distance to some restaurants and a market. Watwr a, snacks and coffee available. The shower had a glitch with the shower head, we did not report it until the next day when we were leaving, so there were no stars off for that since we did not give an opportunity to fix it while we were there. Notified the host on xheckout so i am sure it will be working for the n3xt guests.

We really loved our stay. Beautiful garden with a lot of nice places to sit and have a rest. The house is really big and it looks like you enter a home where people live in. It's a home with a soul. We also liked the flexibility, the hosts did everything they could to give us a nice time despite our very last minute request. Thanks for your hospitality!

We had an amazing 3 week stay! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and flexible throughout our trip, always ready to help and provide wonderful recommendations for local spots. The location was perfect, just a quick 5-minute walk to the port with ferries to Kefalonia and Zakynthos, which made exploring the islands so convenient. We arrived late at night, and they went above and beyond to ensure we got in smoothly. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in the area! Cute Beach House Family friendly

The house is very nice and in the midst of a nice garden. It is very quiet and the house is well equipped. The beach is only a short walk (less than 5 minutes) away and has golden sand and the water is amazing. During the summer months there is also a beach bar, but the beach is large enough that you can also spend your day by yourself. However, we would like to add two things. They are stated in the description, but we were not fully aware of them and would like to point out: 1) There is no wi-fi! 2) The note that smoking is permitted on the property means that people/guests were smoking inside, even in the bedroom. You could smell the old smoke throughout the house and it took us several days to get rid of the smell. The house is advertised as ‘family friendly’, but this was really a negative issue as we were traveling with our very small child which should not be exposed to the smell of smoke at all.
