Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

The apartment (66m²) is comfortable and suitable for one to 4 people. The views from the salon and from the terrace are breathtaking. Grenache has two separate bedrooms. One bedroom is on the lower level, the second upstairs. Both of the bedrooms have a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washbasin.

Accommodation with 2 large bedrooms. Very well equipped. Small village, very quiet but ultimately with entertainment. Right next door, there is the municipal hall with a very nice refreshment bar open in the evening (at least during our stay at the end of May) with draft beer and everything you need to extend an evening! 15 minutes from the Via Ferrata of Saint Pierre de Fenouillet and 45 minutes from Prades via a very beautiful road.

Very enjoyable stay in Sandrine 's adorable and tastefully decorated house, far away from your standard soulless Airbnb places. Superb rooftop terrace on which we enjoyed lunch on a beautiful blue-skyed winter day. Great place from which to go for walks and explore the Roussillon area. The only minus is that there is no bakery in the village but there are a couple as well as a few restaurants just 10mn away. In a nutshell, a beautiful find facing the Canigou mountains 🏔️

The cottage is located in a wild valley with an idyllic setting Located in a valley where you can only hear the birds the house is very comfortable perfectly moved with 3 bedrooms available and great terrace that donates to nature. Brigitte and Lionel are very thoughtful hosts because of whom we had a great time. Already looking forward to coming back for a refreshing break in the countryside at the edge of the Cathar trail.. Well hosted even by the inhabitants of Le Vivier 😍 the house was perfect, clean, comfortable and very well-equipped. There were 11 of us, for 14 spots. Toilet on all floors!! 2 shower rooms 🎉 Comfortable living room and living room for an evening by the fire 🔥 Several hikes are possible from the house; we enjoyed the hike to the remarkable tree and its forest which is just as possible 🤩 We also took advantage of the amenities offered by the village: boules court in front of the house!, tennis court, mini golf, via ferratta nearby, Galamus gorges In short, we will be back with pleasure to do the activities we did not have time to do: caving, other vias ferrattas, not had time to review the castles ... See you!
