Private studio with a view! Close to Nyon.

Welcome to this calm, fresh and harmonious space. The studio is newly renovated and situated on the bottom floor of our villa in a little village close to Gland. Me and my family live on the first floor. It has a terrasse and a gorgeous view of the Alps and lake Geneva. There’s a bio farmer’s market next to the house! Local restaurant at 200m. We’re a five minute drive from the highway and about 25 min from Geneva and Lausanne. There’s a bus that takes you to the train station in Nyon. .

Truly Amazing Geneva lake and Alps Mountain view

With the train station less than 50metres away from our home, St. Cergue is a fabulous location for walking, cycling, skiing or simply relaxing whilst surrounded by breathtaking views and fresh scented mountain/forest air. With Nyon 12mins and Geneva 30mins away by car, the location is superb. The flat is new and commands a position on the top floor thus guaranteeing the breathtaking views over lake Geneva and Mont Blanc. FREE CHARGING for electric cars in the underground parking facility!

Pretty little cabin in upper St-Cergue, perfect for a gateway near nature. Along with the cabin comes a private sauna, a cold plunge, bathroom and a patio (there is no kitchen, but there are restaurants in st-Cergue) Note: - the wifi is limited. Very nice location above the village. The village shops are all within 10 minutes. It is a beautiful chalet with beautiful terraces and many hours of sunshine that you can enjoy there. The place is really highly recommended!

We would definitely come back anytime. We never met Emilie in person, but everything worked out great. Traffic was not bad at all over the ramp days, although the property is located directly on the street. Check-in worked out great, everything was as described, we felt very comfortable very quickly. The kitchen has everything you need. Very functional furnishings apply to the entire apartment. Whenever we need accommodation in this area, we will come back. Thank you! We were traveling by VW bus, which could be parked easily opposite the street. There is a supermarket nearby, but we did not use it. The place is great! Will come again any time. Thank you for sharing, Emilie.
