The cozy 27 m² apartment includes: an equipped kitchen, a living/dining area and sofa bed. Upstairs, accessible by a Japanese-style staircase, there is a bedroom (160 cm bed) and a bathroom (shower/sink/toilet). Small private terrace, access to the swimming pool and bowling alley.

You have private access to a "Bali stone" swimming pool. There's also a recent barbecue, a children's park. Le Val is 50 minutes from the sea. Within the village you have all the amenities and several restaurants within walking distance.
