I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.

Located 850m from the city center, 1.4km (15min walk) from the train station. Small cottage renovated in 2021. In summer, you will appreciate the small terrace with its plancha as well as the air conditioning. The accommodation is composed of a living room with an equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, glass cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, dishes...), TV and WIFI, as well as a large bedroom with a queen-size bed, a separate toilet and a VERY SMALL shower room.

Located on the border of 3 departments, Cantal, Aveyron, Lot, which offer a multitude of cultural and tourist discoveries (Rocamadour, Saint Cirq-Lapopie, Lake Saint-Étienne, etc.) and many hikes.

Simplify your life in this typical accommodation of the region but renovated with all the current amenities. A living room with chair table, sofa. A separate bedroom with 200x150 bed and shower.
