Simple but very well-equipped accommodation to accommodate a family. Very pleasant and peaceful environment where everyone could enjoy the amenities provided: hammock, deckchair, tables for eating in the shade of the trees etc. Very well located for shopping nearby In addition, Amélie is a very welcoming host. Had a lovely 9-day stay at this place. Very responsive, welcoming and flexible host as needed. Accommodation as described and clean when I arrived, with the great advantage of cleaning included in the price. The location in the hypercenter of Angers allows you to be very close to a stop of any tram line and activities, but can be noisy at night. However, the accommodation is well insulated and I had no difficulty sleeping there. Overall, great value, I recommend this listing!

We had a wonderful stay in La Touche. Beautiful and very comfortable indoor and outdoor space. Dinner Bbq on our terrace and then spending the evening watching the sun setting over the fields was magic to us. And as the weather was warm we used the pool quite a few times. Everything super clean and tidy and very well organised. Anneli and Jamie were welcoming, friendly and always there for us if had questions. We will be coming back!

First of all, the estate is surrounded by nature, near Saumur. Many visits within a limited perimeter. For children, the pool is very nice for a return visit. The apartment suited us perfectly for the 3 of us.

Annie and Thierry are very good hosts. They responded very quickly to our questions and queries. Lots to explore within a thirty minute drive. Saumur is exceptionally beautiful, Angers is very busy! Great onsite parking and very secure area for young children and a little active dog! Great outdoor seating area and BBQ, as equally comfortable inside. Quality furnishing. Two double bedrooms with en-suite shower room. Beds very comfortable. Children’s games, thoroughly enjoyed by our grandchildren. Lots of information on places to see, things to do. We have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to anyone wanting a peaceful place to rest after a busy day exploring.

We spent 3 nights at Brigitte’s place in early June. A family if 6, aged 68 to 15. We all absolutely loved the house and surroundings. The house had a nice French farmhouse flair to it. Downstairs is a sitting/dining area, kitchen, and a bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom. Upstairs was 3 more bedrooms with 1 double and 4 single beds as well as another full bathroom. The location is very secluded with only Brigitte’s house nearby. If you don’t have a car it will be difficult to deal with because there is nothing within walking distance. But we lived the quiet peacefulness, the sounds of the birds, as well as visiting with the horse and chickens. We only used the pool once but it was warm under the cover and it was a special family bonding event. Brigette was very friendly and answered any questions quickly. This was my favorite place that we stayed in France and I highly recommend it.

Great family stay in the countryside in this beautiful house around Saumur. The setting is very nice, with a very nice heated pool! Very welcoming host and very attentive. In short, nothing better to recharge for a few days and explore the area.

Lovely house in an absolutely beautiful area right on the river. Françoise, Daniel and Justine were great hosts who obviously wanted us to enjoy the area of Montsoreau and the Loire.

I stayed one night as part of a business trip. Very clean accommodation and matches the photos. Also very quiet. Sandra is a very welcoming and pleasant host. I recommend it!

We came as a couple with our little dog, and had a pleasant weekend at Josiane's who was very welcoming. The environment is peaceful, but also full of beautiful activities to discover nearby (many castles, city of Angers nearby, charming villages, troglodyte habitats...). We recommend it!

Veronique was very welcoming when she met us at check in. She lives in the main house so is available if needed. The property is pretty unique and well laid out over 3 floors. Comfortable bed and great shower. We didn’t do any cooking as there were great restaurant options in the village and also a very good boulangerie. We enjoyed the private terrace overlooking vineyards. Very peaceful. Angers is only 20 minutes away by car and is a nice (small) city to visit. We also visited Samour and Chinon. We had a very enjoyable 4 days in this lovely part of the Loire.

We had a great time at Teddy's place! An atypical and very well-equipped troglodyte accommodation. We also loved the peaceful garden and the little explanatory notes all around. Very playful!
