Located only a 45min drive from the coast in the picturesque village of Bargemon the light and airy apartment offers magnificent views across the hills, huge abundant garden, large pool and tennis court. The apartment itself has two private balconies, a large outdoor terrace, gas BBQ and fire place. The large bedroom has such exceptional views it was used in a French car advert in the nineties!

The house is located in a very quiet hamlet between Le Cannet des Maures and Le Thoronet, adjoining on one side, it has 2 outdoor terraces, one on the ground floor and the other on the roof top. Spacious and very well-equipped. On the ground floor, a kitchen open to the living room with a large dining area as well as the 1st terrace. The bathroom is also on the ground floor, as well as a sleeping area with a sofa bed. One large upstairs bedroom with access to the rooftop.

Authentic village house, with floors, tastefully restored, located in the historic center of the small town of Lorgues, close to and within walking distance of all shops. Beautiful bright volumes in all rooms. Air-conditioned, furnished with all the comforts you need to feel at home. 4 bedrooms with real beds, storage and work space. Bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine. Balcony and terrace.
