The house is located in a very quiet hamlet between Le Cannet des Maures and Le Thoronet, adjoining on one side, it has 2 outdoor terraces, one on the ground floor and the other on the roof top. Spacious and very well-equipped. On the ground floor, a kitchen open to the living room with a large dining area as well as the 1st terrace. The bathroom is also on the ground floor, as well as a sleeping area with a sofa bed. One large upstairs bedroom with access to the rooftop.

Located on a large, wooded 2500 m² plot (partially fenced) 5 minutes from the village, it offers a peaceful and unobstructed setting. Its location is perfect for discovering the region: 40 km from the beaches of Fréjus/St-Raphaël, 50 km from St-Tropez, and 50 km from the Gorges du Verdon and Lake Sainte-Croix. The ideal compromise between the calm of the hinterland and the liveliness of the coast!

Villa Gloria is an entire renovated house, finished in October 2024. It's made for your comfort, you all have what you need in it. It is suitable for families, couples, we accept clean pets, it is located in the center of Tourtour, it is spacious, elegant and peaceful. You have a terrace in the rock on the 2nd floor, accessible from all 3 bedrooms, and the highlight is the cellar converted into a living room - cinema. The bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The 50 m2 apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi. You will find all the comforts of an equipped kitchen, living room and dining area. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and towels are provided. Upstairs, you will find 2 adjoining bedrooms with 2 beds in 140/200 (4 pillows 60 cm x 60 cm and 2 duvets 240/220 cm). Linens are provided. Outside, you have garden furniture and free and secure parking with automatic gate.
