Quiet studio terrace and garden 12 km from Avignon

The Studio is adjoining our villa but has an independent entrance and terrace overlooking an unfenced wooded lot. As a result, we do not accept children or pets. Located on the edge of the village, in the countryside, with a few villas around, the environment is very quiet. Close to the Pont d 'Avignon, and the Palais des Papes, Theater Festival, Isle/Sorgue, Fontaine du Vaucluse, Gordes (+ beautiful village in France), Mont Ventoux, Baux de Provence, etc... and 1 hour from the sea.

Small Modern and Industrial LOFT.

Small new Industrial and Modern style LOFT of 40 m2 for 2 people (but possibility to sleep 1 child on the extra sofa.) This Loft is located on a Wine Estate in the heart of the vineyards. It is attached to the owners' bastide but totally independent. The entrance is to the north of the bastide. Access to the owners' swimming pool (from 07/01 to 09/15) and the petanque court every day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. On the day of your arrival, the swimming pool is accessible until 7 p.m.

Charming and Peaceful house, 5 min from Avignon...

It is a very old little house which was part of the abbey in the Middle Ages. It was the monk ancient independant cell who was in charge of the vegetable garden of the monastery. In order to reach it, you must go through the monumental portal of the monastery in the little street where the workshops of the Chartreuse are located! It is available from April 1st till October 31st (during winter, the guests travel themselves to discover the world with Airbnb. fr of course!)

Independent studio + parking

Adjacent to the villa where we live, you will enjoy the entrance and the view of the olive trees on the north side, while we are on the south side and pool. You will have an air-conditioned accommodation with equipped kitchen, large bathroom with walk-in shower, an open bedroom with storage, and a shaded terrace reserved for the studio. Conveniently located for visiting the area, you can access the swimming pool (in summer), enjoy the garden and park your vehicle there.

The independent studio is an extension of our house, it is 24 m². You can park your car in our garden, a space is reserved for you. It is equipped with a TV, as well as a large closet to store your belongings. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, induction stove. The bathroom is small but functional. The accommodation is close to Wave Island Water Park, Spirou Park (10-15 min), Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (20 min).
