Very bright duplex apartment in the city center

The apartment is on the 1st floor of a townhouse, it is a refurbished duplex. It is located on the market square with all amenities within walking distance (bakery, restaurants, pharmacy...) The main entrance to the house is shared with an office (health professional). The 1st level of the apartment is furnished with a living room, an equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and an entrance area. The bedroom is on the 2nd level. The apartment is very quiet, very bright.

This house brings together the different indoor and outdoor spaces to have a very nice stay and is located in front of a wooded park, equipped with a petanque court, table tennis and a playground. It is located in the city center and offers all amenities such as shops, restaurants, banks, train station... Parking is available in the inner courtyard, in the garage (2 cars) or in the parking lot across from the house (35 spaces).

I offer this cozy apartment tastefully decorated in the Breton countryside south of Rennes. It has a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, a bathroom with washing machine, a large bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a sofa bed. An outdoor area is offered in the spring with barbecue, garden table, deckchairs overlooking the horses when they are in the pasture.

Moulin de Briand Studio

Independent access to the studio on the ground floor of the farmhouse. The price does not include linens (duvet cover, pillowcase, fitted sheet and towels, etc.) or cleaning. Kayak rental available for a 2 to 3 hour trip on the Semnon river, adjacent to the studio. Possibility to rent the Grand Gîte du Moulin next door on request.
