This independent accommodation, completely renovated in early 2019, is located in the large wooded garden of the owners (charming couple). We are resident in Santa Lucia Park, a residential estate in St Raphael. Our villa and this small house are in a large garden, quiet, 2 steps from the sea (3 minutes walk). The setting is very nice, relaxing. There is no vis-a-vis. Everything is made for an 100% relaxing stay. Palm trees, turtles, cats, shade, sun, swimming pool ( to share)...

Modern villa located close to the beaches and city centre. All rooms have AC, the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Large living room with open kitchen, dining area and sofa overlooking the swimming pool and terrace. The villa is in a quiet area of Boulouris yet close to all amenities and the beaches. The villa is perfect for a holiday or a long stay! Spacious and calm. Pool is heated from mid April to end of October on request.
