Numerous activities within a radius of 25 km (equipped lake, mountain biking, castle, Himalayan footbridge etc...). Possibility to rent quality mountain bikes on site.

Located near A72 highway (1 km), tramway (300 m) and north hosptial (1,5 km). Very quiet street and easy parking. Possibility of patio use and lunch/diner on the deck with private use of swimming pool (to discuss). Ideally : 4 people, possible : 5. English discussion with owner.

Two bedrooms with private bathrooms and a large bedroom with 3 double beds and ensuite bathroom. Exterior with two terraces, swimming pool and pétanque court.

This charming independent house, with a terrace and pool, is ideally located in the heart of Saint-Étienne, close to the major schools, as well as the convention center. Fully equipped, it offers comfortable sleeping for 2x2 people. Whether you want to work individually or in a small team, this space is perfect for combining work and relaxation. For your information, the access staircase to the room is a little steep. Any festive event is impossible

In the city and in the countryside.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Close to the departures of St Jacques de Compostelle and Stevenson. In the city (5 minutes from the city center of Puy by car, 2 minutes from the shopping center) while being in the countryside. House adjoining the owners' house but independent with private garden area and barbecue, you can enjoy the pool in summer.

The "Les Berges du Lac" cottage offers a natural and cocooning atmosphere with panoramic views of Lake Lavalette. Enjoying an ideal location, a few meters from the Lavalette nautical base, playground for children and many hiking/mountain biking trails near the chalet.
