A 40 m2 independent apartment with its own olive grove and covered terrace, attached to the owner's house with separate access, quiet, 10 minutes' walk from shops and 10 minutes' drive from the beaches. Bicycle path a short walk from the house. Hosts speak French, English and Polish. We are at the exit of Le Pradet in a partially agricultural area. We have a small family farm with laying hens and a small organic avocado plantation.
