Beautiful apartment with balcony facing the sea, located on the dike of Le Portel, on a busy street. You will be charmed by its exceptional location a short walk to the beach and close to amenities (restaurants, tobacco, groceries etc...) With an area of 40 m2, you will find a bedroom open to the living room, an equipped kitchen with sea view, a bathroom with shower, all recently renovated in 2022 with a refined and elegant decoration. Beautiful apartment with superb sea view!

Let yourself be lulled while admiring the sea, comfortably seated on the living room sofa... Our apartment is located on the 6th and top floor of the "Grand Bleu" (accessible by elevator). It has a magnificent sea view, allowing you to admire the Boulogne lighthouse on one side and the Côte d'Opale and the English cliffs on the other if the weather is mild. Access to the beach is directly at the foot of the apartment, with the children's pool just opposite.

The seaside annex

Sea view apartment with bedroom and private jacuzzi area with sea view. Hotel bedding for your convenience. Warm stone, infrared and light therapy relaxation area. Patio bathroom with kitchen area consisting of a fridge/microwave/cooktop/Senseo coffee maker and cutlery. The minimum is offered for "breakfast" (coffee, tea, sugar, 2 vacuum-packed rolls, 2 bottles of water, 2 bottles of orange juice). Hours are 5 p.m. to 11 a.m. Have a great stay.

The getaway on the dike is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in a cozy, quiet and bright apartment. Ideally located by the beach and close to shops. The apartment, with courtyard views, is located on the 3rd floor of a building with a unique character, quiet and secure (video surveillance) with elevator access.
