Nice little independent house with a sunny 20 m² terrace. Accommodation located a 10-minute walk from the walls of Avignon, a bus stop is 50 meters away as well as a VéloPop station (self-service bike). The house was completely redone and decorated by an interior designer in 2023, it is fully equipped, high-speed internet connection, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board...

Stone villa with pool, only 5mn drive to town

Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
