Recently renovated for better comfort, it is located on the 1st floor and on the ground floor (access to the ground floor from the 1st floor). Ideal for visiting Avignon, you will be less than a 10-minute walk from the Palais des Papes and the Avignon Bridge and a 10-minute walk from the central train station.

Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

The 70 m2 apartment with a ceiling height of 5 m is air-conditioned and has 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 140 and 2 beds of 90 that can be combined into a bed of 180). The large living room with its open kitchen has a sofa bed with bed base and mattress (comfort of a bed).
