dit is mijn beste Airbnb ervaring. van de communicatie voor dat we hadden geboekt tot aan het einde. Er was een duidelijk uitleg over het appartement. snelle beantwoording via privé berichten. ze heeft geholpen met de uitleg over onze locaties hoe we zouden kunnen reizen. ze zond screenshots over het openbaar vervoer, omdat het voor ons nieuw was hoe het in Frankrijk werkt. het appartement is prachtig, de badkamer met stortdouche, de prachtige tegel vloer!! glaswand, wastafel en de mooie groene wanden waren helemaal mijn smaak. bij vragen dacht de host met ons mee. we zijn goed in de watten gelegd, zo behulpzaam heb ik nog niet meegemaakt bij andere locaties. al met al hebben wij heerlijk geslapen, hebben alles kunnen doen wat we wilden, en willen 10 sterren geven:) !

Such a cute traditional Paris apartment for two. Great beds, so convenient to have laundry in unit, excellent and spacious living room to relax in after a long day touring Paris, comfortable beds. Would absolutely come back

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb in Paris! The location couldn’t have been better — most key attractions were within easy walking distance, and when we needed to go further, the metro was just a short stroll away. Having a supermarket directly opposite the apartment made everyday essentials incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. It served as a perfect home base after long days of exploring the city. What really stood out, though, was the host — incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay, always available to answer questions or offer help. This place truly made our Paris trip stress-free and enjoyable. We’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a centrally located, hassle-free stay in Paris.

Very comfy airbnb. Has everything you need. Only a 15 minute drive from the heart of Paris. Witnessed PSG win their first UCL which was amazing too. Overall very satisfied with the airbnb and the responsive hosts!

We throughly enjoyed this flat. Clean, great area in Marais, very well stocked with anything you need, and spacious for two people. Tony and Paul were great to work with. Proactive, clear instructions. No problems or issues on our visit. Highly recommend.

Die Unterkunft war super😊tolle Lage, direkt in der Nähe vom Eiffelturm und Triumphbogen sowie einer Metro Station vor der Tür. Etwas verwirrend ist es mit der Hausnummern da die in der Check In Anleitung angegebene Nummer nicht an der Tür ist wo es in das Haus reingeht sondern etwas weiter. Aber letztendlich haben wir es gefunden. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Auf den Fotos sah sie etwas größer aus aber da man ja eh meistens nur zum schlafen dort ist ist es ok. Leider hatten wir zu unserem Aufenthalt in der Wohnung neben uns Bauarbeiten, aber da man tagsüber eh immer unterwegs war war alles gut.

Notre séjour chez Mohamed a été formidable. L'appartement est très confortable et très bien situé. L'hôte est très serviable. Je reviendrai sans hésiter et je vous recommande à 100 %. Merci Mohamed !

One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. Couple très accueillant et fort sympathique. Ils sont avenants et décontractés, tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir à l'aise. Magnifique propriété très chaleureuse. L'aménagement et l'ameublement sont magnifiquement bien pensés, tout est impeccable et de très bon goût ! Je n'ai malheureusement pas eu le temps de visiter les alentours, mais Conflans-Saint-Honorine me semble être une très belle commune où le nécessaire est non loin de la résidence. Très belle expérience. Je recommande vivement.

Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. Tout était propre, bien entretenu et conforme à la description. Madame Milka est une personne très accueillante, gentille et respectueuse. Elle sait vraiment mettre les gens à l’aise et se rend disponible si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit. On se sent tout de suite comme à la maison. Merci encore pour votre hospitalité et votre bienveillance. Je recommande ce logement à 100 % et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir si l’occasion se présente !

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft in der Nähe von Paris! Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet – es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber trotzdem sehr gut angebunden. Mit der Bahn ist man in ca. 20–30 Minuten im Herzen von Paris. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeberin/des Gastgebers. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, herzlich und schnell – schon im Vorfeld wurden alle unsere Fragen beantwortet. Nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag in der Stadt war es wunderbar, abends in diese gemütliche und ruhige Unterkunft zurückzukehren. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können den Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt weit

Perfektes Haus für eine entspannte Auszeit mit Freunden Wir waren mit 8 Personen dort und hätten uns keine bessere Unterkunft wünschen können! Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight – ideal zum Chillen, umgeben von herrlicher Natur und absoluter Ruhe. Gleichzeitig ist die Lage super praktisch: Man ist in kurzer Zeit in Paris – sowohl mit dem Zug als auch mit dem Auto problemlos machbar. Wir haben beides ausprobiert, ganz unkompliziert. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, Entspannen und gleichzeitig perfekt angebunden – absolute Empfehlung!

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Het is heel schoon, ruim, goed vindbaar en de host is ontzettend vriendelijk! Duidelijke instructies, meedenken over het alvast neerzetten van de bagage toen we aankwamen. Het is een goede uitvalsbasis. Let wel op dat je er zeker een half uur tot 3 kwartier over doet ( met de metro) om in het centrum te komen. Daardoor is het wel echt heel rustig en dat is fijn aan het einde van de dag! Bedankt Audrey :-)

Beautiful private apartment. Cozy. 8 minutes walk to metro station. Stephane was very responsive. He made sure I was okay. Definitely coming back.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions.
