Great and cosy flat in a quiet street in the Plateau Mt Royal. Super friendly and responsive host. I definitely recommend!

The bathroom features a freestanding soaking tub positioned on wooden flooring. Soft towels hang from wooden bars, and additional storage is provided by open shelving. A simple wooden bench adds functionality to the space, while natural light filters in through the curtains.

Ricardo's place was comfortable and interesting-definitely a creative space. The location was perfect! Quiet yet still near the beautiful La Fontaine park and Mont-Royal where there are excellent restaurants and shopping.

We love the place and the location! The place is spacious, free of clutter, and interesting! Matt has a style that we liked. Books, the projector, and the sound system were all special! I finished my book during the trip, so I started reading Matt's books, and they were great! I am planning to borrow from the local library and finish reading the Letters of Vincent van Gogh!

We loved staying at Erwan's place, who was very friendly (just like his cat Lili). The bedroom was very comfortable, the bathroom very clean as well as the kitchen. The neighborhood is really great, the apartment is located in the heart of the Plateau Mont-Royal neighborhood. We highly recommend it and will be back with pleasure!

Stylish Suite on Mont-Royal near Cafes and Metro

AMAZING location and spotless interior. We came during the summer when Mont Royal street was pedestrian only and it was so cool to walk around right out of the apartment. Check in was really easy. Some small notes: - Parking on the street was a challenge but we used Spot Angels to figure it out. It would have taken us a long time to find parking without that! - The place is really tiny. I somehow missed that in the listing. It is basically a bed with a kitchen across from it, and then a bathroom to the side. - The walls are really thin. I only really noticed it when I walked out to do laundry and heard my own music playing from my phone from down the hallway. - There are two hosts that you communicate with. We ran into an issue where we communicated one thing to one host and then the other host didn’t realize. The issue was resolved within the hour though.

We absolutely loved our stay here, and it is on par with staying in a high-end hotel only better, so here’s a few things that we really enjoyed: The photos don’t do it justice, it’s everything you see and then some! This property showcases one of the best floor to ceiling sweeping views of the city skyline we could possibly find, where you are baptised in lights at night, and receive a warm reflective glow in the morning and evenings. It’s located in a corner unit, and the balcony wraps around the entirety of it. You are within two blocks from numerous shops and restaurants in the heart of Griffintown, and where a drive into the heart of downtown is maybe 10 minutes with traffic. The host is extremely attentive and very responsive to any questions or concerns and will ensure that you are taken care of. One thing we recommend: Find a place to park in advance, the city is crowded and spaces were hard to come by, it was more or less our fault for not planning ahead in that regard.
