Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Le Plateau-Mont-Royal

The place is very clean. Off street parking is a plus for us and the host was very nice. It's a safe location in Montreal by far. We would consider to stay at this place again when we going to Montreal in the future

It was an excellent place to stay for my first visit to Montreal. The distance from downtown was actually perfect — it allowed me to rest well when I needed to, but also easily go out and enjoy the city.

Nabil was probably one of the best hosts we have encountered amongst Airbnb owners. Extremely responsive, helpful with local suggestions, communication and more. He covers all the details so you don't have to. If you are staying in the Montreal area, you should consider staying here if the space meets your needs. Local transportation was good too. Jenny and Steeve are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They met us for check-in and showed us around their beautiful home and wonderful garden patio. Their place is even nicer and more spacious than the photos show. We could walk or take Bixi bikes everywhere we wanted to go. Mollo boulangerie and cafe a block away became a daily stop. Try the pear gelato! This was a great place to stay for a Montréal visit. Thank you Jenny and Steeve! We also loved our Airbnb Experience bike tour.

Great apartment near Sherbrooke Street. The back deck worked out beautifully with summer weather. As described by owner, 3 bedrooms and a good sized living room. Kitchen worked out well. There is a bunk room for kids. The unit is upstairs and has a good railing to use. Parking outside on site. Pepper the cat was around on back deck. Very friendly cat. Restaurants, grocery store and SAQ walking distance. Fabulous kids playground in Westmount park. Perfect for our family.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The place is very nice and clean. Our kids enjoyed the pool and piano after a day of sightseeing. Pierre-Michel was very responsive to our messages and needs.

In a quiet side street off the busy, pedestrian-only Rue Mont-Royal with its many venues, and only five minutes away from the next subway station, this apartment is perfectly situated to discover the city. It consists of the ground floor of one of the typical picturesque buildings that make the characteristic look of the plateau and is not just an apartment, but part of an actual home. The spacious kitchen with all the bells and whistles and the separated living room with its comfy leather furniture let us endure the odd rainy day, with enough room for small kids to play, and, provided you can read French, many shelves packed with literature. The roomy kitchen with its large table opens into the enclosed backyard. Shaded by enormous maple trees, having dinner outside was a joy, the sweltering heat of the summer was bearable and the kids had a safe space to play. We felt very welcome and would always come again.

This is my second time staying at this unit and gladly will stay again. The host is very friendly, super responsive and very accommodating. The location is perfect with tons of stuff to do and great restaurants. Plenty of places are walkable but also the train station is close by as well. The unit is impeccably stylish. I greatly recommend!

Me hospedei com 4 pessoas na casa da Diya e foi tudo perfeito. Boa localização, rua tranquila, uma casa muito bem equipada e fotos de acordo com a casa, além disso tudo muito limpo. Tivemos apenas dificuldade para abrir a porta no primeiro dia, mas depois de pegar o jeito correto tudo fluiu perfeitamente. A Diya é muito atenciosa e nos ajudou com tudo, além de responder rapidamente nossas dúvidas. Já tenho um local em Montreal para ficar nas próximas vezes.

What more can be said that has not already been said before? A great place that is just as advertised with just about anything you need a short walk away.

Just wow! What a great little spot- everything you’d need around the corner. The bedrooms felt so spacious, and the apartment was spotless! It’s definitely noisy as it’s a busy street, but the culture is great and I was able to sleep just fine with some earplugs. Clara was so kind and flexible with check in, it was so appreciated! Would stay there again for my next trip to Montreal!

Staying with Sarah was a 10 out of 10! The apartment is very comfortable. My husband and I love walking, so we visited the main attractions of the city on foot. If you're not much of a walker, there's a metro station just a few blocks away. The highway entrance is only 5 minutes away, which is ideal — it saves you time since you don’t have to drive through the entire city. I definitely recommend staying here. Sarah is very attentive, and the apartment was spotless!

My stay at the apartment was completely hassle-free. Everything was spotless and the open-plan kitchen and living area felt wonderfully spacious. The bed was comfortable and the location, right next to the Quartier Latin with countless restaurants nearby, couldn’t have been more convenient. The included parking space and the terrace were great bonuses. For the quality offered at this price point, the apartment is an outstanding choice. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I would highly recommend staying here when traveling to Montreal with a large group. There were more than enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate 9 of us without the fear of feeling too cramped. The amenities were top-notch, and we also enjoyed the private patio. The location was within a short walk of numerous cafes, and a large park was directly across the street. The hosts were also very flexible and responsive—a fantastic experience all around!

This stay is AMAZING, would 100% recommend to anyone coming to stay in Montreal. We visited during the 2025 Canadian Grand Prix (the busiest weekend of the year in the city!) and Jeremy was so helpful! A couple of standouts: 1) Fantastic proximity to Frontanec metro station (5 min walk) as well as the IGA grocery store 2) Spotless, well organized, and well equipped space (kitchen had staples like oil, S&P, coffee; bathroom had soaps, bath tissue and towels) 3) Outstanding service and support- after Day 1 of the Grand Prix, Jeremy went into storage to provide us with camping chairs so we didn’t have to sit on the ground at the racetrack! Jeremy truly goes above and beyond to maintain this space and make guests feel welcome. Absolutely worth every penny, and I would gladly come back next time I am in Montreal.
