Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Le Plateau-Mont-Royal

The place is very clean. Off street parking is a plus for us and the host was very nice. It's a safe location in Montreal by far. We would consider to stay at this place again when we going to Montreal in the future

It was an excellent place to stay for my first visit to Montreal. The distance from downtown was actually perfect — it allowed me to rest well when I needed to, but also easily go out and enjoy the city.

Nabil was probably one of the best hosts we have encountered amongst Airbnb owners. Extremely responsive, helpful with local suggestions, communication and more. He covers all the details so you don't have to. If you are staying in the Montreal area, you should consider staying here if the space meets your needs. Local transportation was good too. Great place to stay. Close to awesome restaurants and shopping. AC was clutch in a heat wave. Patios were lovely, beds comfortable. Would recommend.

Great apartment near Sherbrooke Street. The back deck worked out beautifully with summer weather. As described by owner, 3 bedrooms and a good sized living room. Kitchen worked out well. There is a bunk room for kids. The unit is upstairs and has a good railing to use. Parking outside on site. Pepper the cat was around on back deck. Very friendly cat. Restaurants, grocery store and SAQ walking distance. Fabulous kids playground in Westmount park. Perfect for our family.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The place is very nice and clean. Our kids enjoyed the pool and piano after a day of sightseeing. Pierre-Michel was very responsive to our messages and needs.

We stayed for 4 nights at Eric’s place mid-June, and it was such a pleasant experience. Quiet street, convenient layout with a peaceful backyard. The furniture is different in the living room from the pictures, but we loved it. Comfy couch and chairs, which we were grateful for after being on foot most of the day. Eric was very hospitable and communicative. We loved our stay!

This is my second time staying at this unit and gladly will stay again. The host is very friendly, super responsive and very accommodating. The location is perfect with tons of stuff to do and great restaurants. Plenty of places are walkable but also the train station is close by as well. The unit is impeccably stylish. I greatly recommend!

We recommend this great place to stay in Montreal. We were four women, each with our own bedroom, with two bathrooms to share. It is very comfortable and very clean, with lovely interior brick walls, a well-equipped kitchen, nice linens and plenty of towels, and a good location in a pretty hip part of town: easy walk to metro, fun walking neighborhood, lots of good restaurants, coffee, ice cream, etc. The flat is very quiet although it’s a somewhat busy street. The listing suggests a max of ten people, but this would be difficult for seating at the kitchen table and using the small bathrooms, especially since one is ergonomically challenging. People may need to know it’s up two flights of stairs, but this gives it a lovely height over the street and a bit of a view of Mont Royale. We had a wonderful stay here!

What more can be said that has not already been said before? A great place that is just as advertised with just about anything you need a short walk away.

Really loved our stay nice and central near metro and the SpotAngel app was excellent for finding parking. Because we like cooking, I would have like a better supplies kitchen with utensils. But honestly that is not a complaint. Couch was a little hard- since we like enjoying the space- and we did enjoy the space- would recommend it!

Staying with Sarah was a 10 out of 10! The apartment is very comfortable. My husband and I love walking, so we visited the main attractions of the city on foot. If you're not much of a walker, there's a metro station just a few blocks away. The highway entrance is only 5 minutes away, which is ideal — it saves you time since you don’t have to drive through the entire city. I definitely recommend staying here. Sarah is very attentive, and the apartment was spotless!

I would highly recommend staying here when traveling to Montreal with a large group. There were more than enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate 9 of us without the fear of feeling too cramped. The amenities were top-notch, and we also enjoyed the private patio. The location was within a short walk of numerous cafes, and a large park was directly across the street. The hosts were also very flexible and responsive—a fantastic experience all around!
