Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Thank you Benoit for your accommodation. The views are incredible in the morning, the apartment is excellently arranged. There were 7 of us and we didn't get in each other's way at all because the living room is very well designed. The shower is also good quality. The instructions for arriving and taking possession of the property are very clear. The only downside, with the storage in the garage, our car was too high to fit in but there was plenty of room in the street so no worries about that. Thanks again and see you soon maybe.

for those who want a place facing the sea, it's perfect. the beach 50m away. the building is very new, very nice, the large terrace is a real plus. the apartment is beautifully decorated and functional. the restaurants in the port are accessible in a few minutes by car. only downside: to avoid breaking the parking lot, you have to agree to walk a little. But totally feasible.

A perfect stay!! The apartment is warm, very well furnished and the sea view is simply magical, even from the bed. Everything was impeccable. The only small downside: the windows of the terrace railing deserve a little cleaning to fully enjoy the panorama. A big thank you to Anaïs (and her dad) for hosting us, her flexibility and excellent follow-up throughout the stay. We'll be happy to go back!
