Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Quiet, and enjoying direct proximity to natural and cultural spaces. Nearby: - Nantes (20 km by ring road or ferry on the Loire) - beaches (Pornic 25 km away...) - amusement parks (Planète Sauvage 10 min, Legendia Park).

Gîte de la vallée

This pleasant 43m2 fully renovated cottage with mezzanine is located in a charming building in the village of Saint-Jean-de-Boiseau. You will find yourself between Nantes and the ocean, between town and countryside, on the Loire River course by bike (a 5-minute walk from the Loire bank). The cottage is close to all amenities (supermarket, bakery, bar-tabac-presse, pharmacy, post office...).

Studio in fisherman's house

Enjoy a break on the banks of the Loire in a studio in our former fisherman's house. The Atipik studio was part of an old boathouse and still retains its soul. Located on the 1st floor of our house, it will give you a nice experience in a cozy environment with the charm of wood and its low ceiling height (less than 1.90 m)
