On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. This 'Clévacances' certified cottage has obtained 3 keys for optimal comfort. Private house with garden, terrace, barbecue and parking. The park provides access to recreation for all (games available). Accommodation designed to accommodate people with limited mobility (turning areas, doors, thresholds) except for one bedroom. Beaches and shops are a 5-10 minute drive away. You can do the end-of-stay cleaning yourself, or you can choose to pay for it (€95).

Small townhouse with our home, equipped to accommodate 4 adults (or up to 5 people for those traveling with children) with a master bedroom and a children's bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed. Linens and towels provided. Large fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. Located 3 km from the village. Unfortunately, we can't accept your pets. Very quiet, large wooded garden, nice setting.

Gîte de la vallée

This pleasant 43m2 fully renovated cottage with mezzanine is located in a charming building in the village of Saint-Jean-de-Boiseau. You will find yourself between Nantes and the ocean, between town and countryside, on the Loire River course by bike (a 5-minute walk from the Loire bank). The cottage is close to all amenities (supermarket, bakery, bar-tabac-presse, pharmacy, post office...).

The totally independent apartment consists of: 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and 1 adjoining room with a dressing area and kitchenette, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet.
