Ideally located between the Old Port (50 m) and Cours Estienne d'Orves (50 m), this 82 m² duplex loft is the result of the restoration of the third and last floor of a former soap factory. The century-old patina of the terracotta floor, the cathedral-style living room and the beams of old galley masts give this completely renovated place a unique character of authenticity. The different attic spaces, fully open, create a warm, refined and contemporary atmosphere.

This 100 m2 duplex is located within the Cité Radieuse, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Historic Monument. It has just been restored and has kept all its original details designed by the famous architect LE CORBUSIER. Located close to the city center, the Vallon des Auffes is one of the most typical and beautiful neighborhood of Marseille. The apartment at the 11th floor has an amazing view on the sea and a balcony with a view on Notre Dame church. There are two big beds, a video projector and a tub. Parking spots all around are free. An underground parking spot is given for free on demand.
