Quiet and "atypical" apartment in a duplex, renovated at the end of 2018, in an old building, on the ground floor and 1st floor, in the city center of Le Palais with its private independent entrance. You will arrive in the living room with its yellow sofa and cocooning corner with flat screen. Next to the living room is the spacious bedroom. To access the floor, you will take a beautiful wooden staircase, this will lead you to the bright kitchen. It is fully equipped. On the same floor, the shower room.
