Welcome to Arith, a small village in the Bauges mountain range in Savoy, classified by UNESCO. The cozy and quiet independent apartment is located on the second floor of my residence. It is new, consisting of a living room with kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a sheltered terrace with views of nature. Sheets and towels are provided. You can enjoy the calm, the great outdoors, and will be at the start of beautiful bike and pedestrian hikes

This 30 m2 cottage, with tasteful decor, will welcome you in the commune of CHATELARD. It is fully equipped like at home with amenities included such as towels and sheets provided. Located in the Bauges Regional Natural Park, classified by UNESCO. Immerse yourself in a natural and relaxing setting and come and practice all kinds of activities (skiing, snowshoeing, hiking...) (resorts nearby) and enjoy idyllic landscapes (Lake ANNECY, Lake du Bourget...).

Nous vous mettons à disposition un studio de 45 m², situé dans notre maison. Il comprend un espace chambre avec lit double, un coin salon avec canapé convertible, et une cuisine/coin repas. Il dispose également d'une salle de bains et de toilettes séparées. Terrasse et accès indépendant. Le logement est situé à 20 min du domaine nordique Savoie Grand Revard, 30 min de la station des Aillons-Margériaz, 45 min des lacs d'Annecy et d'Aix les Bains.

Welcome to the "Casa Santa Rosa" a traditional farmhouse in the middle of the Savoyard mountains. This farmhouse has been renovated by Enrique, it is divided into three dwellings (owner's accommodation and two gîtes). You will stay in an apartment with an independent entrance, ideal for a family getaway, our outbuilding can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. The garden is accessible to all travellers of the two cottages.

Welcome to our apartment located in the former Palace Villa Victoria. Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the beautiful era of the city of Aix-les-Bains while enjoying the modern comforts of today (TV, Fiber Wi-Fi...)
