Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Happy Valley is situated in the heart of the Normandy countryside at the end of a no-through road so no noisy passing traffic! It shares the site with our main home and 2 other gites. We're about 45 minutes from Mont St Michel; an hour from Bayeaux, Caen, Mayenne and Fougeres. It's another half an hour to the famous D-Day beaches. There are plenty of places to visit and things to do and of course lots of French markets and vide-greniers!

My secluded cottage lies in the countryside of Normandy on a completely private terrain of, 8000m2 with an own driveway. The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

In the heart of Normandy, in the country of the bay of MONT ST MICHEL, in a very quiet and green, we offer you a charming cottage on the edge of a small river. This old barn, now restored, is located on the small town of Montgothier in the South Manche at the place called "La Rivière". Its future was abandoned, as in 2006, we decided to give it a new life. Today it has become a gîte, it can accommodate up to 6 people (see 8 people)

You can reconnect with nature and enjoy walks and quiet life in the countryside or visit nearby places, Granville, Avranches, Villedieu-les-Poêles or the beaches of Carolles or Jullouville.

Located in the city center, ideally located in a residential area; shops, restaurants and city tour on foot. Bus line to Mont Saint Michel 100m away, it takes 20min by car to get there. Located on the ground floor, with a totally independent entrance and access to the garden equipped with a picnic table by a pond.
