Conveniently located near the "Rose" city of Toulouse and short drive to the Pyrenees mountains. The house has been recently renovated, preserving many beautiful, unique historic details. The first floor is an open-plan living space with a kitchen and lounge, which opens to an intimate balcony overlooking the Garonne River with spectacular sunsets.

Private entrance, private courtyard and own keys. Two minutes from foot of the Pain de Sucre (627m) with its splendid views and two minutes from an 8 hectare park which borders the River Scios. Electrical consumption is charged at cost - currently 0,25€ TTC per kWh.
