Very nice stay. Accommodation as described , functional with well-equipped kitchen, large shower and air conditioning. Secure private parking in the property. Very pretty tropical garden and original pool and very nice human size. National indeed in direct proximity to the garden and noisy but knowingly it was not disturbing. Interesting location, you can radiate to all the southern beaches in less than 30 minutes and the village of Sainte Luce is quickly accessible by car or even on foot. Discreet and friendly host. Only a few essentials are missing. I recommend.

We stayed in this villa for 4 days to celebrate our wedding and frankly sumptuous setting, waking up with the sunrise is beautiful. All our guests loved the place and the view it offered. It was a magical moment, I recommend it 100%.

We spent 15 days at Patrick's place. The welcome was warm. Very discreet and attentive to his hosts. Impeccable stay, despite the noise of the national one forgets , because the garden is well maintained and relaxing. Very nice pool. Thanks for the bananas from your garden. We had a great time.

How to describe our stay... Out of time, solar, soothing, invigorating! The wonderful house thought of by Mireille is a green, creative setting with a real soul, in its decoration, its colors, and its pretty wooden furniture made by her husband Jean Pierre! When we arrived the fridge was filled (milk, sparkling water, beers, exquisite banana jam!). We spent a lot of time on the terrace, on the patio benches, but especially at the edge of the pleasant pool with its sea view of the Vauclin: our 6 and 4 year old daughters didn't want to leave! The morning ritual to feed the sugar birds, and bother Mireille, which was very discreet! There is also a very nice carbet with barbecue and hammock where we were able to grill a Norway lobster bought at the port. Thank you Mireille for your warm welcome, your beach tips, your stories about the house and Martinique. We were welcomed as friends!

The house is perfectly well-equipped, spacious and a beautiful sea view! Fabrice is a very responsive and friendly host! We felt so good that we rented for a long period.

We had a lovely stay with Patrick, a welcoming, available host and good advice. The breakfast the day after our arrival was very nice. The listing matches the photos and description perfectly. The view from the terrace is exceptional. The location in the Trinity makes it possible to move on the island quite easily and the proximity to the beautiful Caravelle peninsula is a plus. I recommend the host and the house.

We stayed with Katy for 2 months and had no issues. It was a great value for money. Very well located for lovers of kitesurfing and windsurfing (approx 5 kms from Pointe Faula). A car is needed to get around. Very quiet, the accommodation in Katy is located on a family plot and the neighbors are Katy's brother and parents and are very friendly.

Very good stay with Daniel with a warm welcome; we had delicious arms to start our stay! Our host is responsive to messages and requests. The accommodation is clean, well located to discover all the south of the island and the terrace is a delight for breakfast with sea views. Access to the beaches are quick, and the different views of the Diamond. A parking space in the enclosed courtyard accompanies the accommodation. We highly recommend Daniel and will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises! Plus, Yoshi, Daniel's dog, is the cutest part!
