Thanks to its privileged location, it benefits from excellent natural ventilation and is surrounded by a tropical garden as well as a lush forest.

30 minutes from the airport, on the Caravelle peninsula, this small house is located halfway between the north and south of the island. It has a tree-lined terrace. The entrance is via a private staircase buried under greenery. The nearest beach is 5 minutes away. Close to the many hiking trails in the nature reserve, the town's markets (fish/fruit/vegetables, bakeries, gas stations, pharmacies/supermarkets/Tartane restaurants/surf spot/spa).

A private room is also available on the same property in the main house for two persons.
