Beachfront vacation rentals in Le Marin

This was our first trip to Martinique. Having visited Saint Martin last year, I wanted more French but less cruise ship tourists. This fit the bill and then some, although I’m sure we felt a bit “cruise ship” to some. First and foremost, Kevin has been incredible this entire process. I probably required a good bit of guidance and he was very kind, accommodating, and helpful. Communication was immediate and efficacious. When we got to Martinique, his mother was there to show us the property and was a very gracious, informative host. We arrived on a Sunday evening during Carnaval which was an extra challenge for getting either groceries or finding an open restaurant. She gave us great advice and set the tone of the week. The property is as beautiful (or more) than the pictures. We didn’t want to be in a town or on a crowded beach. There is so much to do in a short, drivable distance and you actually get to discover the community as well. I can’t say enough great things.

Week of May 10 to 17, 2025 in Carbet. Superb location! Close to bakery and restaurant Petibonum and rum shop Neison. Beautiful sea view and proximity! Place near St-Pierre and Morne Rouge for a lot of sightseeing! Bring water shoes as there are pebbles up to 5 meters away in the sea. Very long beach for walking without sargassum. Nice apartment and full of amenities for the beach. Well-equipped and functional kitchen. Maybe there should be an outdoor shower to remove sand when returning from the beach. Apartment as pictured. A real favorite for this bungalow, its tranquility, its decor, its view, its bedding, the spa much appreciated after a big day of sightseeing, the kayak to go see the iguanas at Chancel Island (a little heavy to go down and up the path even with the wheels, but we got there!). We were able to enjoy the barbecue and meet on the terrace anolis, gecko, toad… Thanks to Florent for his friendly, fast and efficient welcome. The area is ideal for visiting La Trinité, the Caravelle peninsula, Sainte Marie and its tombolo, the Clément house, the François, the Fonds Blancs, the Josephine bathtub…

Independent villa on land with superb sea view, very, very friendly sunrise. The villa matches the photos, all the necessary equipment is present. The location is a bit off-center from downtown Le Diamant, but we had a car and the view was well worth it. We traveled the south of Martinique, and the pool was appreciated after a day of sightseeing! We were perfectly welcomed by Fabien whom we thank again.

I had a great time in Sylvie and José's villa basement. José was the one who greeted me, and he was very flexible with me! The accommodation itself was superb: very well decorated, well located, with exclusive access to a terrace, an outdoor hammock and of course the pool with sea view! I enjoyed my stay!

We had a pleasant stay at this accommodation, wonderfully well arranged and very tasteful. It is very peaceful to have a good time on the terrace with direct sea view. The complex is great for families, a nice pool and lots of activities. Philippe the host is very nice and responsive in exchanges. Maryline the concierge had very good tips for local spots. We highly recommend this place, whether for a couple or a family.

there is all the necessary equipment to make you feel at home. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed. You will even find equipment to go to the beach [diving mask and beach chair] a cabin at the bottom of the garden, very well built, out of sight, in the middle of greenery, flowers and babana trees. the Jacuzzi is a big plus at the end of the day. Perfect for a couple. We spent a week too quickly.

Best Airbnb rented to date! This villa is absolutely splendid and the views are breathtaking. Anse d'Arlet is super quiet, and well located for visiting the other villages and beaches around. We loved snorkeling with turtles and fish, the fresh fish market, the beautiful Diamant beach, but most of all, we always looked forward to returning to the villa to enjoy the pool and the view… thank you for a great stay!!

That's it. I go to Martinique regularly, and I have to say that for the type of accommodation I usually book, this one is the best with unobstructed views of the bay of Ste Anne and its sunset!🤗. For the rest and nothing to complain about, just enjoy the moment. A big thank you to Frédéric and his on-site correspondent Isabelle for their great reactivities.

Our stay at Villa NALA was wonderful - beautiful surroundings, peaceful, and relaxing. The house had everything we needed on hand, and was a great place to explore the island from, not too far from anywhere. The pool was a huge plus and it was nice to have such easy access to the water, some local restaurants, and some nice hiking nearby. Highly recommend a stay here!

We had a peaceful and exotic stay on the pretty boat named KYMA. Well equipped, and located in a very quiet cove, where the beach is crystal clear and turquoise; we particularly enjoyed breakfasts with a little morning swim and early evenings, when the light of the sunset shines on the Diamant, it's splendid! It is not uncommon to see turtles in the Anse at the end of the day as well. Luc is a passionate host about his boat, the sea and he was very responsive to our requests or questions.

Dream stay in this house! The pool was perfect with the kids! Diving and swimming directly from the end of the dock. The house had everything we needed and more. It felt like home! I recommend to everyone!

"It feels like home" would really be the perfect phrase to describe the stay at Manuéla's! Upon our arrival, Manuela is very welcoming, greets us in person and gives us a tour of the accommodation. A breakfast and a local aperitif awaited us, which is really very nice and immediately immerses us in a family atmosphere. In addition, Manuéla provides a welcome guide with recommendations for nearby addresses and activities! Also proactive and responsive via message, which can be very useful. Then, the accommodation is perfect, fully equipped, quiet and above all with magnificent views of Sainte Luce Bay. I would definitely recommend staying at her place for both the proximity and the local and comfortable experience. The only downside was leaving, but I'm sure that when I return to Martinique, I'll come back to Manuéla's. 🤩

We had a great time at Delphine and Grégoire's. The accommodation is super cozy and very functional, the bedding is quality. The bathroom is beautiful! And the whole kitchen area, outdoor living room are very pleasant and functional. The jacuzzi is really appreciated, especially at the end of the day, after a program of hiking or swimming in the sea (with magnificent views of the Martinique hills) and very nice swimming pool adjoining the accommodation. Thank you so much for hosting us and your responsiveness.

We just ended our stay with family (2 adults, 2 children) for 10 days at Johanna's and everything was perfect. Waking up every morning with the sea view couldn't have been better. The kitchen is very functional and super well equipped, the impeccable bedding is very comfortable. Johanna is totally available and super welcoming. I recommend it without a second thought, if we have to come back we will be happy to come back to your place.
