This accommodation, located at the owner's home, but nevertheless independent of the main house, offers a peaceful and relaxing stay for the whole family. On the banks of the Loir, close to La Flèche Zoo (2.9 km) but also 10 minutes from the city center of La Flèche, the accommodation is ideally located for a pleasant stay, without necessarily needing to use the car. However, it is not very suitable for cooking because there is no sink, but nevertheless offers the possibility of reheating dishes.

Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin. Wifi. On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and storage. There is a courtyard with garden table and chairs as well as a barbecue. Located 400 m from the town center of Luché-Pringé, a small town of character with all amenities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, bar, open even on Sunday morning; pharmacy and medical house), our independent house, on one level, with its closed courtyard and large garden, will welcome you. In summer, in the village, you can enjoy the municipal swimming pool and its leisure base. You will be 15 minutes from La Fleche Zoo, and Lude Castle, and 35 minutes from Le Mans 24h circuit
