Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin. Wifi. Composed on the ground floor of an entrance with cupboard, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and storage. There is a courtyard with garden table and chairs as well as a barbecue. Possibility to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Possible cleaning fee €40.

Enjoy a stylish, non-smoking, refurbished accommodation, equipped with wifi. Quiet and yet located in the city center, it is ideal for a stay with family or professional. We open the doors of this old painter's studio full of charm and completely renovated. You can park for free on the street or in the parking lot that is at the end of the street. The apartment is very bright and spacious: it consists of an entrance to the ground floor as well as living rooms on the 1st floor.
